Hi there, all you bretheren ground-listening nuts !! I am new to forums, but have been detecting since 1970 or 1971. Looking forward to sharing info here on this forum. My first question is does anybody know where to get old BFO detectors repaired?? (Garrett no longer does this) I have modern detectors (safari, AT Pro, Infinium), but would still to bring my old BFO back to life. Another question is why doesn't there seem to be any BFOs being made anymore?? They worked great, were simple to use, and I have found much cool old junk with my old one. Did not discriminate, but my Infinium doesn't do much of that either. Happy New Year to every one!!---The Gunsil
