Hello,
I discovered this site while researching information on an old horseshoe I found up in the Sierra Nevada mountains. We are often outdoors and we have collected two boxes of treasures. Most of them are animal bones, rocks, shells, and other natural objects. I found a vertebra in the same area I found the horseshoe. I brought it to the University of Minnesota where it was identified as an old horse vertebra. We have 3 or 4 young children. We homeschool. We live in Minneapolis, MN. This is a super cool site and I'm sure glad I found it.
