Hello from West Michigan

Hi. Just getting into the metal detecting hobby, as a friend of mine picked up a couple detectors over the winter. Since Michigan is still covered with a couple feet of snow, I have yet to begin. I thought I'd do some research in preparation for the thaw. I've been into coin collecting for a few years and do a fair amount of coin roll hunting. I'm hoping to add some detecting finds to my growing coin collection. Thanks for having me!
