Hello from South Africa !!!

Hi everyone,
I think I have logged onto this site about two years ago....I am from South Africa and have been detecting for about six years...have detected Italy, France, Rio, Langkawi, Singapore and the boer war sites in South Africa.I do mainly treasure hunting on the beaches in South Africa.
I have detected with TOTO in France and would love to make contact with him as we are going to Corsica shortly.Anybody know him or have his contact details

Hi,
We do mainly treasure hunting on the beaches....coins and jewelery. We also have some Boer war sites where the Boers faught the Brittish for relic hunting...badges, bullets, coins and other interesting stuff....unfortunately no Celtic or Roman stuff !!!

At least it is morning in Northen California where I am. I hope your friend Toto and yourself hook up, if you know his home country you might contact detecting clubs or dealers. You've some interesting places and countries you detect at/in, what equipment do you use? Here in California I'm mostly involved with prospecting and use my White's GMT for locating nuggets in the former mother lode country. A good thing I enjoy being out in the woods as I've not found much in the way of gold, the real gold comes from being "out there". Thanks I have located him on Facebook and made contact !!!
I detect with a Minelab Excalibur and are quite successful with it on the beaches.
We are doing a relic hunt of the Boer war sites at the end of August. Previously we have had three Americans who have joined us, but this year only Dino from the UK will be joining.
September I am going to the Italian Riviera and Corsica on holiday and of course detecting !!!!
