Hello Cornelius Walter and all.
We are finally in the Keys Krugerrand made the trip down from New Orleans with only five days of foul weather.
We have been in Boot Key Harbor for one week some natives friendly some with badges and guns not so friendly.
I hope to dive a little this afternoon which will be my first time in the water since we left. With the lunar tides and spring allot of the water is very shallow at low tide. Hurricanes will be soon to follow. I will try and give updates when I can my laptop is on the blink and I am at the public library. Every time I look over the side of the boat I see gold coin and jewels must be treasure hunters fever. Be well my friends expect to here from some of you soon.

Very glad to hear from you and glad to see you made it safely! What is the draft on your vessel? I may have an assignment for you in the near future ;). Will have to dig into my own archives for some "refernce" materials for you to ponder. Will talk to you soon and again, you two just enjoy the sunshine W/O me :'(.

Hello All
Boot Key Harbor is in Vacca Key / Marathon Florida Keys. This is a small sheltered harbor which is good if you have to duck a tropical storm. We havehave already had one "Arleae" which in fact damaged several boats and caused everyone to look hard at a plan to run for cover when the big storms get to blowin. Just seeing what a tropical storm can do will wake you up real quick. I am some what of an old hand at this but old is the key word so it lacks some of the excitement it did when I was twenty five. We are getting geared up for doing some exploration it is going a bit slow because the boat always needs something usually $$$$$$$$$$ if any one wants to come down for a couple of days please feel free.
