Hello everyone,

what a great looking site.

I have just started in MDing, i picked up a Bounty Hunter EX about a three ago and i am so ready to upgrade. I am looking in picking up the Garrett AT Pro.

the pointer I purchased was the Harbor Freights Cen tec pointer, it worked for the price. but i was hunting local parks and my plugs were bigger then i wanted so i went and purchased the Garrett Pointer. What a difference

BUT< WAIT > the BH and the Cen tec are excellent for sand detecting. so i am keeping that when i take my kids.

In doing Metal detecting and i have found three rings, two are junks and 1 is a silver. SO much fun.

Thank you and hopefully i will find someone close to my area to participate in some hunt and gain experiences from them.

Don't expect too much this time of year. Your F2 might not work too great in the wet sand but should be fine in the dry. Good luck!
