Hello from Peoria, Illinois!

Hey everyone!
I'm a new member here and I've enjoyed reading a lot of the messages here. I just bought a Tesoro Compadre as my first metal detector. I also picked up the Gray Ghost NDT headphones. After just a couple days I've found plenty of nails, a wheat penny, and a vintage metal toy car. So far I have only searched in my own yard. A friend of mine said his cousin has property that used to be an old fair grounds. She is going to allow us to search the property with our metal detectors. I can't wait to check out the land there!
