Hello everyone, I am from North Eastern PA and just purchased my first metal detector (Garrett ACE 250). Haven't taken it out yet but am gettting ansy to try it out. I look forward to getting some tips and gaining knowledge from the site!

ne pa is a paradise for detectors...usage goes back to revolutionary war times, just get out there , ask permission and keep swinging...

Evil i have a ace 250 too and live near marshalls creek-but not sure where to go-hopefully we can find a experienced finder and have some fun.
