Hi,
Actually, it will only be Ohio for two more weeks. We are moving out of state.
A couple of weeks ago, I bought a secondhand White's Prizm III detector with a Prizm IV coil and I've been having a go at this property ever since, mostly in the evenings. I've made some rather interesting finds considering that the house was built in 1940 in a little suburb on the east side of Cincinnati.
I've been interested in rocks, fossils, Native American artifacts, coins, and all kinds of things all my life. For the history of it all. Monetary value is secondary by far.
I do know a good deal when I find one, though. Love the old magazine back issues. A seller on ebay had 34 issues of John Latham's from 1970-1975 and wanted $144. I thought what the heck, I'll offer $68. Didn't really expect anything to come of it. But the offer was accepted! Score!
