Came across this forum while searching for interesting things to do, I've always been real interested in finding a piece of history.
I've been doing UrbanEx for a few years, always loved finding someones old treasure and helping people reunite with lost items.
Just wondering, what would be a good detector for finding items that have been underwater?
There is an old town or two less than a mile from me that was torn down and flooded to make a reservoir, and I think it quite possibly could be a potential gold mine of old artifacts that could be really cool to find!
From what I've heard, it was a moderately populated area back in the 1930s and 1940s, lies right along a river in middle of coal country, so I've figured I might be able to find some coins and whatnot, I've also heard of a few trainwrecks nearby that I'd love to search.
