Been detecting a few months and getting things dialed in, so to speak. I’ve found a bit of silver that Mama is now the owner of, a fine little collection of Hot Wheels and Matchbook vehicles and just started my second five gallon pail of trash. Doing my best to make our subterranean world a little cleaner! Oh...also up to a little over $60 in clad since August 1st.

I only own four machines and two pinpointers, but I’ll do my best to get caught up to the big kids here. At 68 it takes little longer to catch on to the new fanged toys before moving on to the next toy.

I’m a licensed ham radio operator, and I also fish fresh and salt water, and hunt small game with big boy air rifles. (Break barrel, Co2 and PCP).

I keep my detectors where I’m sure to be reminded to take them with me every time I get in the truck.

improve3e.gif While it's on my mind, a great uncle was a licensed ham operator. K4RX...ham operators were used during the wars, he was implored as such. He was stationed in different areas of the US. When he passed, my aunt donated to Boy's Ranch in Florida.

Happy hunting also hope to see some cool posts soon and great finds not far from MI
