Hello to everyone

My name is David but I go by Boba Debt all over the net, it's a Star Wars thing.

I have been collecting meteorites since I realized you could buy them in 2006 but my collection has a very specific focus so it isn't very large and growing it has been a game of patience.

I only collect 50mm Spheres, I either buy larger spheres and have them reduced to 50mm or I create them from whole specimens / large end cuts.

My end game is to have a sphere that represents most of the common classifications and I am about 2 spheres short of that goal.

Currently I have 20 meteorite or meteorite related spheres

I just bought a large Bondoc Mesosiderite and hopefully it will produce the rough I need to create my 21st sphere.

Sometimes I process material for hunters on a profit sharing basis but I only do that if they have a classification I am looking for.

I do not actively sell meteorites but occasionally I have left over material from a sphere projects that I sell cheap.

I look forward to sharing my limited knowledge with this forum and hope to learn for you as well.

Thanks

Thank you for the warm welcome

I do have an unusual collection and a large part of the "serious" meteorite community thought I was crazy at first but I think my collection has grown on them.

I should get a great sphere from the Bondoc I just bought hopefully I will be able to sell the unused material to recoup some of my investment which I will save for an H-6.

In a couple days I'll post more pictures of my collection in the meteorite forum.
