Greetings,

I am new to the hobby and mainly am interested in hunting old farmsteads.

I have an old acquaintance that lives in South Carolina and I went on a hunt with him last year and have been hooked ever since. That was an awesome experience, but I doubt I'll find too many Minie balls and confederate buttons in my neck of the woods :)

I've been lurking for a week or so and reading lots of posts - there is a lot of useful information here.

Thanks for having me.

Having once found something "special" sort of ties the knot for a life of adventures out hunting for what your coil goes over. Michigan will have many surprises for you as things have been lost by people since 'things' were invented. You might research places where dances were held, lots of ethnicity in Michigan with many peoples that came from places where public dancing in a field was common............63bkpkr

Old farms are a great way to learn a machine. You'll get every signal the machine can make and then some. Welcome to Tnet from Mississippi.
