Hello all !
My name's George.
Im from the Salisbury area, only about 25-30 mins from Ocean City, MD.
I'm a Navy Veteran, Beekeeper and am an all around outdoors type...
I'm also a history buff and collect old coins so my new hobby is Metal Detecting
I got a Bounty Hunter Lonestar for Christmas which i have had semi ok luck finding clad, nothing old.. And a ton ot aluminum cans , and other trash...
Aluminum on the lonestar hits in the same range as silver by the way lol
Anyways i have decided i need to invest in a better Metal Detector and after much research and procrastinating i bought a Tesoro Outlaw.. ( It's in the mail )
Just the fact Tesoro is American made & has a lifetime warranty pretty much sold me..
And the videos on youtube by 53Silver haha
Plus i like the idea of switches and knobs which last alot longer and are more durable then the electronic push pads...
Anyways i hope after a little time under my belt with the Tesoro ill be finding some decient stuff....
Take Care !
George
