Greetings from Nacogdoches County, Texas. I am new to the forum but not to metal detecting. I built my first detector from a Heathkit kit in the early '70s and have been at it ever since.
East Texas is rich with potential search sites and I am lucky enough to own some acreage that in the late 1800's was the site of a small village and a large sawmill operation. There were several homes there, a small store, the mill, and a narrow gauge tramway which transported lumber to the mill. Even after several decades of searching these sites they continue to be rich with items to find.
I look forward to learning from the activity on this forum and send my greetings to all participants.
Best Regards,
