I got my first metal detector when I was 12 or so.
I have a "newer" one I purchased in 1988.
And I am getting the bug again to do some looking.
Of course it is getting to be winter here... bad timing.

Oh well, not too many fantastic finds except for an old button off of a soldier's uniform.

And for the good news... Da Ta Da... I picked up a new AT PRO right before Christmas and have been freezing my fingers off digging up stuff.
First time using a pin pointer too and that thing is sweet.
Only a dozen or so memorials and a coffee can full of junk. Not even neat junk... so far.
Can't expect too much at the park and the backyard.
