I bought a Garrett Treasure Ace 300 many years ago to find my husbands wedding band that he had lost in our backyard. Found it that afternoon! Unfortunately, life got busy and the detector was ignored in the back of the closet. Two kids and 10 years later I pulled it out of the closet, put new batteries in it and took it out to the backyard. I've found a few interesting things so far and I'm excited about getting permission to detect some old home sites. I've enjoyed reading the forums for the past few weeks so I thought it was time I signed up and introduced myself!
