Hello everyone, new to the sport, third beep got me hooked!

Recently bought a used tracker 4, took it out in my yard and the third beep on my detector was a Remington model 12 octagon barrel gallery special.(.22 short I've dated it to 1928-1936) Instantly hooked, hope to find more treasures but I'm finding a lot of junk. Need to learn how to read my signals but I'm having fun treasure hunting with my daughter. Good luck everyone.

You didn't mention your state (or country) - but you might consider jumping over to Sub-Forums: Select Your Area.... and selecting your state for information (i.e., clubs, hunts, finds, legends, maps, etc.) directly related to your state (or country).
