Hello from Bunker Hill, IN. Just getting started with the hobby. Haven't bought the metal detector yet. Can't make my mind up. Really leaning toward the Garrett Ace 250. Would that be a mistake? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome, the Garrett Ace 250 is a great value. It has preset modes, notch discrimination, and a depth indicator. You might also look at the Ace 350, larger coil, better iron discrimination and a little more detecting depth.We have some holiday specials on our website.
