Heavy Lead Disk

Found this in an area where items from the 1800s were being found. It appears to be lead and is very heavy. Both sides have the same design. It looks like a wreath on top of either a gate or some benches with stems and 3-petal flowers going around the gate/benches.

That is a clock pendulum weight.

Here is one similar from Ruby Lane, even though they say theirs is cast iron.
