Another one from the old farm dump - found near some parked horse drawn mowers, seeders, spreaders. When I pulled it out of the rock pile my first thought was some type of chimney cleanout but the dramatic curve in the casting and all of the numbers around the edge make me think it is something else. Next thought was the top part of the seeder. On the right side 146 is embossed and to the left of that is something that looks like the old massey-harris mark with more numbers inside - looks like 618:620. On the other side of the rim edge is 719-721. Any ideas?

It might be a loading chute for a seed planter. I’ve seen similar from other brands, such as John Deere. I’m not certain about it.
