hello , i got my AT pro a couple weeks ago , learning its language went to one of my honey holes and popped yhis out of the ground...just shows you ...no matter where your at you never know what kinda coin your gonna pull.......it wasnt the large cent i thought it was at first ...actually is a large cent.. just not THE LARGE CENT lol 1918 great britain penny

I have absolutely pounded that yard with my v3i and XL 6000 it has giving me over 10 silver dimes including 3 mercs and my buddy found a merc with his dfx .....thought it was hunted out....bought me a AT pro and its like I'm starting all over again...: )

I think your find is really great and yes one never knows what they are going to pull out of the ground. However, I find your comment about having used the 6000 and the V3i and now the AT Pro "is like starting all over again" on your yard is just an amazing statement. I mean you've some great machines with the Whites products you have but the ATP is finding even more, like wow! Any thoughts as to why the ATP is finding items the other two have not? In addition to the british coin what other finds are you coming up with in your yard with the ATP? Just wondering if there is something about the types of metals that make the difference or what the difference is between the various machines. i am not knocking my whites at all i love my 6000 more than anything....its my pick as far as the turn and go not alot of tweeking.......the v3i however i am just a country boy lol it just blows me away with the tweeking and constant adjustemts ...for me it just takes the fun out of it just my oppinion the AT PRO altho can be tricky in a sense can be simple enough (for me) but has potential to be as advanced as i want it to be..never thought id buy anything other than a white but,we have family out in dallas and went out there a couple mnths back and my pro pointer was messing up ,so instead of shipping and waiting i took it directly to the garrett talked to sue who was great buy the way looked at the AT done some major research on it got me one and love it really excited about the water hunts im gonna try that...will be a new experince for me ive only had it around a mnth but have found several cool items and hoping many many more and years of enjoyment with it of course a lot of pull tabs nails foil usual junk i did fina an old barlow type hookbill knife the other day that was 9 inches deep i will post as soon as it cleans up ..nothing but a chunk of rusty iron right now
