headstamp....Shotshell?

One of our club members found this brass (shotshell?) headstamp at a recent curb tearout. I personally have never seen this type before. It may be a stumper. How about it Monty. I just searched the "net" and didn't find anything about it. I don't know the diameter of it , only the name on it. No prize for figuring it out, just the satisfaction of a job well done.........NGE

It's not a shotshell. I believe it is a wick regulator for an oil lamp.
