I got the X 35 coil today. I upgraded to V5.2 and followed the directions to a T. Everything works now as long as I select "yes" to use the remote speaker but when I select "no" I cant hear anything through the headphones/puck. What am I doing wrong? Please help as I am frustrated enough to wrap the entire thing around a tree!

I dont know how to delete this thread but i got an answer so disregard please.

If you are certain your headphones updated (you can check this by seeing if the number "52" appears on the headphone display when you turn your headphones on) If not, rerun the entire update procedure.

If you have more than one coil paired to your remote, then determine which numerical coil slot (1,2, 3..etc. depending on how many coils you have assigned) by checking the coils menu on the remote. Then using the menu navigation button on the headphones navigate to coils and select the number that corresponds to the coil slot for your x35.

Let us know how it goes.

Yeah I needed to input the serial number of the new coil in the headphones. I assumed it automatically recognized it but obviously not. thank you for the response! shes ready to go now.

Thanks for letting us know the solution, even though you solved it without the forum, it is always good to post back the solution so others can benefit from what you learned. Typically, if you entered the serial number in the remote and paired the phones, then that seral number should not have to be re-entered directly into the phones post update, but I have seen this happen on rare occasion.
