Headphone opinions

I'm upgrading my old standard issue phones for gray ghost headphones, any opinions on these headphones?......using an M6 detector and want nice headphones to hear all the signals

These are great phones. Due to the diff. head shape an ear sizes it is hard to judge if certain headphone will fit comfortably till you try them on. There are other great phones, Killer Bee's, Black Widow, Jolly Roger's, etc.

I have 2 different grey ghost models and have been very pleased with them. One of their advantages is the ear cups cushion better and seal out outside sound considerably better than the run of the mill headphones I used to use. Just that alone makes it easier to hear faint signals, let alone the higher quality components used in their construction.

I've found my RAT Phones to be the best. The ear cups are hinged in a manner that allows them to fit snug completely around the ear including the area beneath my ears. All other phones I've tried did not do this. Their sensitivity is a true 200 ohms and they silence outside noises. Their price is compareable to the others already mentioned and in some cases, lower. I used PayPal to pay for them and they got them right out to me--fast. This is the guy that designed and builds them and he ships fast. I've no complaints at all.

I have tried every top line headphones on the market and none beat the Gray Ghost for sound quality and fit for me. Lifetime war from Detector Pro is outstanding!
