What is it made of? Plastic?

Anything on the bottom?

Just an inch or two high?

Do you think it is a toy or has a more practical use? Kinda disturbing if you ask me.

It's not plastic, looks and feels more like a porcelain type material. Nothing on the bottom just a flat bare surface.
I think it's to creepy for a toy to be honest. Yeah it's only 2 inches high at the very most.
It's definitely weird, I can't find anything remotely close to it over the net anywhere

Na it's a slight concave but it is on an angle so anything that you would try and sit on there would just roll off.
It looks like there's never been anything on there, almost as if it's not meant yo have a head.

I'm starting to think Silver Search was on to something with his Anne Boleyn comment

Perhaps part of a Halloween Decoration series.
But again I would think, considering the size of the Internet,
