Thank you for taking the time to contact our office about HB 3200. We have received hundreds of emails about this bill, so we would like to take a moment to assure you that Rep. Sprenger is very opposed to this bill.

Rep. Sprenger is a strong supporter of Second Amendment rights. She will not support a bill of this nature. This bill proposes the confiscation or forced sale of all assault weapons and high capacity magazines in Oregon; a registry of all owners of such weapons; and government inspection of weapons owners on this registry.
