Yes, general discussion, most likely.
The news report was factually incorrect. The ownship of the final valuation or the return of the items depends on the agreement with the landowner. If they agree you can detecting on their land & that everything you find is yours then thats the agreement. Some do this, most agree to split finds like this 50/50
The inquest just legally rubber stamps the finds as falling under the terms of the Act & establishes the agreement between the finder & the landowner (or worst case lack of).
