it has chip markings typical of worked items , from what I see.

I think it does. Can't tell the size but looks very much like some of my musket flints to me.Even looks close to the same material.Some here on this posts.

Looks like it's been worked. Depending on the context it was found in, it sure looks like a Native American end scraper.
