Has anyone ever seen this design or is able to Identify this piece ???? It was silver plated and quite heavey for its size and thick. It is well made. It has a small tab on the back possibly a suspender fastener ? It came from a 1795 homestead yard. Need the experts. Thanks for your input Grizzly from PA
