Has anyone heard about a new nickel error?

I heard about a nickel on a penny planchette error. I heard this is a recent error.

I searched T-net and googled a bit and didn't find anything. I didn't find anything on the coin sites either. Maybe I didn't get the whole story.

haven't heard it as a new error, but a nickel on a penny planchet would be worth around $95. haven't heard about anyone finding one, or any pictures.

I've heard about it from some coin dealers, but I don't have a definitive source for the story. So far, it seems to be just a rumor.
