is it all brass? is it short or broken? I have found some very similar that are made of a pot metal and just the and four reeds long. not a harmonica as they have a full scale of notes, and then again some-- I thought perhaps concertina or harmonium perhaps.
also, due to the saliva corrosion,harmonica reeds are always all brass, and not a concertina, etc--
