That is an 1834 W.P. HASKINS Troy NY HTT. There are two different obverse varieties. One showing Lafayette standing and another showing a planing machine with the words "Woodworth's Patent Made by S.R. Schenck from Attleboro, Mass"

I know a thing or two about hard times tokens..I can't really read the description due to viewing it on my phone but here's a link that may help..on a side note I am a hard times token addict, two is never enough. .

There is enough there for me to see and I do have Russell Rulau's revised edition of Lyman Low's 1899 edition of Hard Times Tokens reference book. The photo I posted is for reference only. That's not how I researched it.
