Happy Valentines day to me, too bad it's a guys!

Well I got my first ok MXT find. It was about 4-5 inches down. I found it at a site they had in the paper last year. One of the spots the city seen as needed correcting. There are no Initials in the ring, I had it tested it's real. It's only a fifth or a seventh. On coin and jewerly it said pulltab. Got it in relic.

How did you get started in metal detecting.
it sounds like you are as passionate as most of us Guys are for metal detecting.
That is a rare trait Good for you.
Ive been single for over a year now and I love it , it gives me some time to myself and more time to detect. my three boys like to detect with me and
If ever I do meet someone again ( not that I'm looking ) I would perfer if she liked detecting. I would not stop for any woman LOL.
Even if I won a big lottery I would still detect ( I would just detect more ) like in the UK, Europe, Africa, Antarctica ( meteorites )
this is a great hobby and if you keep finding goodies like that maybe your girlfriends will jump on board.

what was the VDI and depth.
