Just dug up an 1843 american cent!What a feeling for me cause I did find one first year detecting but had no date or anything visible. Been finding clad lately and costume jewelry.Still nice weather though for detecting,hope it stays that way!

Dug up 2 Indians and now 2 large cents,i know lots of people find many ,but I was happy to just dig one up!

The fact that long ago someone lost it and I came along almost 200 years later and dug it up still fascinates me.
