Hi all
Geze if a cool place like this was up on the net in the early 90s i`d still be sellin them detectors.
When i frist started doin this MDing 40 yrs. ago, the people would say (WHAT the H*%&L you do in the park with that Geiger Counter??
And now TreaureNet is the next best thing to swingin a detector in a fresh plowed field.
What a wounderful hobby every dig is a history lesson and you get some lose change or silver you just dont ever know.
If i can ever help someone to understand their detector better, please let me know,i hang out in the Metal Detecting Fourm,General Discussion.Brands (love the head to head) Todays finds and others.
Thank you TreasureNet Gary G.A.P.metal

Welcome. Never cared much for Yankees, but found on Tnet there's some pretty regular folks up there. Here in the mountains and not in the south no more, and know about that short detectin season. I can't dig up here til about the middle of May, but I detect the snow in parkin lots with some success. Good huntin!
