hand painted ( very old ) dragon on porcelain covered copper disk ( coin )?

Hello all we have been hunting a very early site
The newest items pulled were mid 1800s
We have pretty much cleaned it out with a great mix of Spanish silver , capped , seated, and draped bust silvers
Over 60 coppers along with relics and other items

Ok. Today's item is a copper disk with porcelain and a hand painted dragon on it it is one killer piece
But I do not know what it is. And ideas ?

....A quick search yielded this (is used Google image search....said it was an amplifier....deleted amplifier and added " enamel dragon disk"
I came up with "Vintage Hobe' gold tone dragon disk necklace"
