Hampton Farm Finds

Got back to a farm this morning that I'd hit this past spring without much luck, as the grass was pretty high at the time. I drove past here again on Friday and noticed that the grass had recently been cut, so I decided to come back this morning. My biggest problem here turned out to be literally dozens of beer bottle caps in the ground all over the property!

I feel fortunate to have found what I did today, nothing too exciting, but a few keepers just the same.

My first find was the junk 'Peace' ring, followed by the brass horse harness buckle. I got pretty excited when I dug the large button hoping it was a one-piece, but quickly noticed that it was a two-piece. At least the back is stamped 'Sporting New Designs' !
