Looks familiar but can't place it. There's lots left so you'll definitely be able to ID it, and then can try to find the countermark. The stamp design reminds me of pre 1600s Spanish reales.

Hi - It looks something like this coin and it has that stamp too-

Netherlands coin with bundle of arrows counterstamp - Coin Community Forum

then I found this eBay listing - photo is missing but it seems to explain the stamp:

1679 Netherlands Utrecht Countermarked Silver 6 Stuivers Coin XF | eBay

During the late 17th century many circulating coins were found to be underweight or foregeries filled with copper. In 1693 coins meeting the legal requirements were countermarked with a bundle of arrows for general circulation within the Netherlands.
