It's a tough one without the start of the Obverse legend, it's a best guess. What we do know for sure is that it is a York Mint, as stated by others.CRU please... help!![]()

Because it is so heavily clipped & worn (& other features) this points towards Edward IV. Pretty rare King to get, so I'm only 80% confident.

I don't know, but it's very early. Found on this side the pond or the other?
Found on this side of the pond, but sadly not in the ground, just in a collection I purchased. Although based on the condition of the other coins it came with it was probably found metal detecting in England somewhere.
