hallmark identification help needed

Can anyone identify this hallmark?
Been searching the net for hours and am pulling my hair out!!
Mabe Im looking in the wrong places, please help me

Just some information to help your searching. It is a maker's mark and not a hallmark. It is not British as they usually have about 5 marks. It probably isn't Mexican as their silver usually says so. It is a copyrighted design.

Hope this helps narrow things down.

Just tidying up some blasts from the past (including some very ancient ones), largely for the benefit of anyone searching the site for information.

This is the mark:

It’s for the Wheeler Manufacturing Company of Lemmon, SD. Founded in 1936 and still in business. That particular mark was first used in 1962 and registered in 1964. I believe it’s still live.
