Found a couple of these hunting a construction site in an old part of town.
It appears to be lead, has several different sets of numbers stamped into it, and measures 7"x2.5"x1/4"
This one is the same piece, pictures are showing both sides.
Any ideas?

....Funny , it appears to me , a test piece from a press stamp. So many random angles , styles and depths over stamped .
I would run some of those numbers for like references. I have searched these numbers , prefaced with "MIL" ...of course ALL of the sets can be found in Mil-Spec series with some relating to battle readiness , supplies and survivability from the 20th and 21st Century.
Certainly random in my search , it could be fun to add all parameters in a real search.
I hope a member can help here.....AND BY THE WAY.....GREAT PHOTOS.
....Mark.

Thanks 4. My guess is some type of printing press plate, or a possible marker of some sort.
Pictures taken with the Olympus Stylus TG-860.

Thanks CW. Kind of what I'm thinking too, but unsure.
