Gun trigger/hammer mechinism?

Found this a couple of days ago. Since I know nothing about gun parts, I thought someone here could either prove or disprove my original impression.

Do you know what it's made of by chance?

I don't think trigger mech, kinda wide for that and too complicated... something else gun related maybe.

Don't really know what it's made of but a magnet will not stick to it.

It could be a diecast part (aluminum or Potmetal) Kinda soft if you scratch it.
If that were the case you wouldn't see in it a gun
unless it's a toy capgun.......

Looks like a quarter next to a thumb switch that goes to a boat trailer winch.
