Gun tool,whole spencer and part of a fuse??

I haven't posted much lately but my son Mitch and I found a few items over the past several days. This is his second whole spencer and the gun tool turned out really nice. Is the semicircular piece part of a fuse?? It has that cw period look to it, but no markings. Thanks for looking and HH!

What you have there is the (Half) of a Bormann 1" steel underplug.

The whole Spencer is awesome DV....I've been looking at fuse's and can't seem to find one like that,I'll give it another shot here shortly.Great dig's to you and Mitch,gun tool the lead and Frag were well worth the diigin' for sure.Congrat's
