I got out to a camp I hunt from time to time. It was camped on by Confederate troops on the way into Gettysburg & on the retreat. I happened to catch it in between crops & hit it. All in all it was fun hunting this time of the year being it's hard to find anything that's not in crops. I've found chewed bullets there before. I know people say hogs chewed them but it was on the retreat route. I found a carved Gardner that's pretty cool. The gun tool was a mistake lol. I know I should dig more big iron.

Thanks buddy. I was trying today. I have before buddy. I've found quite a few. My nicest one was a Mississippi A button. I found a couple North Carolina, a South Carolina, a block A & a block I buttons. And some Yankee buttons also. It was a good spot.

It's hard to beat carved lead. It's such a personal find. Great that you got out and made some finds.

Cool Brother send me a message tell me where?

Again, Well Done Digger. Congrat's on some cool CW History, and some cool Confetrit' Gardiner bullets and carved bullets too.

Great Hunt , you know I love Gardner's , that 'Carved ' piece is really interesting (rings on the inside ?).

Bud
That's a beautiful MS 'A' , it's in great Dug shape , Ill be hunting a MS button til I get one , then look for more lol + I need a SC , NC , VA also. In time...in time.

I'm still thrilled about the GA button , I may take it to my Find of the Month meeting this afternoon , but I don't want everybody handling it to see it 'local' Back.

Ill just go to see what others have dug.

Love that button ..love it.

It's pulled buddy. Thats why it's threaded. Thanks buddy

OH OK.

Kinda looked like rings.

Ill blow up the picture next time.
Good Day Bro.
