Gulf Hunt Near Tampa Sunday

Hit the water Sunday near the Tampa area. Got a new wetsuit and made all the difference in the world. I stayed pretty warm.

Got 4 rings total. Two are precious metal, one 9k Gold British Ring, a first for me and one Sterling Silver Disney Tinkerbell Ring. The large junk ring is home made brass and has stamped inside "To T.O. Love Dad". The other appears to be nickle and has writing on it also. The knife was open when I found it and I had dug that hole some by fanning my foot over it. I will be more careful when fanning and digging with my foot from now on.

This brings my total ring count with the Infinium to 12 for 4 hunts.

Nice job. The TinkerBell ring is really cool. I just found a knife like that on the playground before this rotten snow came...it was open also.

WTG on the rings! I'm real happy with my Infinium too as it punches deep and pulls up the small gold!!! BTW, what coil are you using I've been using the 8" mono up here in the N.E. Coast with nice results but will start to use the 10x14 DD soon. I've also heard some like the 5X10 DD as it's hot on the small stuff and pinpoints real easy.

Wish I were down there in the warm, anyway HH!!!
