If you were ever interested in knowing what it was like to live in the soviet union under stalins reign this book is it.There werent just a few russian concentration camps,there were literally hundreds maybe even thousands.Some so big that the camp had its own smaller camps.You could be arrested for nothing and sent to prison,you could be arrested and sent to prison for 10 years hard labor for having more cows than your neighbor. scary stuff.
