Guardian Angel, Help Identify Please

Hey guys, I found a small gold colored angel pin. the back has a marking on it but it isn't one that I recognize. it has a circular mark then 95. Below that it has either 850 or BSD. It is pretty difficult to tell. I just wondered if anyone would know what these markings could mean. I will try to get a picture soon.
So it looks kind of like this on the back of the wing.
