GTI 2500 Question

I have recently acquired a new 2500 and I have a question to ask. Would it be possible to program the machine to see silver in a roll of halves? And it would obviously need to give no signal for a roll of clad coins. I am guessing this would make it a lot easier to search 100 rolls of halves without having to unwrap them. I am probably crazy in thinking this could be done. Any ideas ? Thanks, Jim

I believe that one can't be done. A silver half is going to register the same as a clad, "50".

nope cant be done. clad coins will ring in on your 2500 the same way silver ones will.
