Greetings from SE Oklahoma

I'm in Oklahoma, just across the line from Fort Smith, AR. Lost my wife last December and thought I needed to get out and do something, so I bought a dectector last week. Started detecting back in the early 70s with a Bounty Hunter BH-1, a BFO unit. I believe I had more fun with that one than many of the other detectors I've owned over the years. I've done a little detecting in Oklahoma, Texas, Guam, Saipan, and the Phillipines and after being out of the hobby for several years, I'm ready to start again.
